Local Gastropub Patio, Wandering around on Beale, Lenny’s new Location

I walked out of my apartment Sunday afternoon around 5:30 or so to go grab some smokes. Since Sunday was particularly nice, I decided I should go wander around downtown, since I haven’t been venturing out much in the last couple of months due to my severe allergy to cold weather.

I walked down Main toward Beale noticed the new enclosed patio for Local Gastropub. I walked past it when they were just getting started, but I haven’t noticed it since they finished it. Looks pretty cool, I’ll try to check it out this week sometime.

Then I saw the sign up for the new Lenny’s Location at Peabody place. It’s in the old Blues City Pastry spot right at the corner of Main and Peabody Place.  Seems like a great location, and I love Lenny’s subs. They’re supposed to be open normal hours, unlike the one in the Falls Building, which closes at 6pm.

I wandered over to Kooky Canuck for some food, then down to Beale Street for a few drinks at Blues Hall. Home of goofy bartenders and light fixture graffiti.

I stopped taking pics after that, as everything got blurry fast. Good times though, definitely ready for spring to get here.
