The CA is still covering the wackjobs all worried about who’s fucking who. Apparently civil rights are only important if they apply directly to you.

I’m gonna go ahead and piss some people off right now. I think religion is, to put it politely, fucking stupid.

If it does something for you, that’s fantastic. When you begin to tell people that they don’t deserve equal rights because your favorite magic sky fairy doesn’t like it, we have a problem.

If you’ve been somehow deluded into thinking that a cosmic Jewish zombie who was his own father cares if two guys fuck each other, I’m sorry, but that’s your deal. It you start to attempt to influence the law to suit your particular delusion, you need to die in a painful way.

There’s an excellent reason I’m not intimidated by gay rights: I’m not gay. I don’t think that any legislation could make me gay. I don’t think that gay people are actively recruiting. I think that people should be judged based on their actions, not their sexual orientation.

I have quite a few gay friends.  Their rights are a lot more important to me than fairy tales.

Basically I’m saying that most of those hard (pun intended) line anti gay preachers probably suck dick for wooden nickels, then use the wooden nickels to buy more cocks to suck.
