Ha, looks like Fielder Square is getting desperate

They’re running a ton of ads on local tv. I lived there for 6 months and hated every minute of it, what a terrible fucking apartment complex. Looks like everyone is realizing this, I’ve never seen downtown apartments have to run TV ads, even in this economy.

WTF? I currently reside in beautiful crime free Fielder’s Square. I have been here for about 3 months and have loved every minute of it. Just curious about what you hated so much? Maybe I’m just a little biased due to fact that I moved here from the fucking Insane Asylum known as The Exchange Building. Some of us can’t afford $1000 a month rent. Maybe I should started selling crack.

It’s been like 3 years since I moved, but the management when I was there was terrible. They would give us different answers for the same question, depending on who was working. The garage doors were always broken, so you’d find crackheads sleeping in the garage pretty often, people would let their dog shit in the hallway, and it would be there for a week before it was cleaned up, none of the outlets in my bathroom worked, and I complained every month for a year, they still didn’t work when I moved out.

It’s a wood framed building, so you can hear every step the people above you make, unlike in steel and concrete buildings. Some jackasses in my building would break exit signs, doors on the fire extinguisher boxes, etc constantly, and they would stay hanging there for weeks.

There was a crackhead that hung out in the alley between the building and the garage, but the security guard never fucked with him, even though he would get all cracked out and scream and people.

Like I said, maybe it’s better now, but it was terrible when I moved, I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
