I keep seeing promos for some new series entitled “Memphis Beat“, which was apparently originally titled “Delta Blues”. It’s filmed, according to IMDB, in New Orleans, joining a other recent shows/movies set in Memphis and shot elsewhere.

Throw us a bone here, at least FILM in Memphis if it’s SET in Memphis. I can even understand just using a sound stage for a handful of scenes, but if the entire series is set in Memphis, you could at least shoot it here. COME ON!
